UCF McNair Scholars Program Mission Statement
The goal of the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program at the University of Central Florida is to introduce juniors and seniors from eligible groups to graduate school, opportunities for academic research experiences, and the intellectual rewards of graduate study during their undergraduate training. Students have the opportunity to work one-on-one with faculty mentors who train them to conduct research in their discipline and expose them to the life of faculty at an institution of higher education.
